Friendly and useful staff, clean rooms, excellent breakfast. Good position to visit by foot all important historycal sites of Krakow. Guarded parking(extrapayment) for the guests 400m aways of site. Would choose again, for sure. friendly and helpful staff, great location for the old town. Excellent . The hotel was very warm all the time which was excellent as we had sub zero temperatures.
