the front desk staff were more than helpful. i would definitely stay there again but found that it was far from the old city. - the staff were very friendly and very helpful in all aspects.Including arranging all tours and taxi s . I thought the location and staff in particular is what makes this hotel very special. It is a brand new hotel opened only in July 2013. I can genuinly recommend this hotel to everyone. The best place to stay in Krakow and it is a real value for money. WELL done to all staff and keep on doing a good job. I will defenitely stay there again -

a wonderful place to stay, we arrived on a overnight train so turned up to the Hotel at 7.00am expecting to leave our bags there and check in later. The staff offered us breakfast and then said they would telephone us when our room was ready, they did about 2 hours later. Amazing...very clean, great breakfast selection. The ultra modern shower needs a better door to stop water going all over the floor.overall all very good, we WILL be back...
