Very courteous staff. It is always a nice experience to stay at Somerset Makati!!. very courteous staff and security. safe and secure accomodation. the staff are helpful and friendly. location is convenient. Good location nearby the centre of Makati. Nothing. Location is good, room is big and clean, air conditioner worked well. All are fine except for Wi-Fi is not free of charge. 1. Resturant setup under the staircase and breakfast food. 2. Main lobby located in different building. 3. Some maintenance required for some of the rooms. nothing I dont like with this service apartment, well mamange and friendly staff. The breakfast. nothing. When I make chick In they Ask me to Give Them copy Of Reservation coz letsbookhotel.com Didnt send For Theme. Unfriendly staff and its tiny reception area with only 4 seats available. it was overpriced!!! Smelled of paint...was not near as nice as I expected!!!. No much of facilities. The apartment is looking a little jaded and could do with refurbishment. The bathroom door didn't fit properly (I had to lift it slightly to close it). The bathroom looked a little tired and some of the paintwork around the apartment requires a touch-up. I had an issue with the internet access but the Management have since written and apologised. The bldg very old n air/con old n has bad smell. Breakfast LOUSY and Internet never worked, sent engineers after engineers and they have no clue what to do. My whole stay never got to use the internet.
