I could have my room cleaned at any time of the.aftenoon or evening When u have the not disturb sign on they really don't disturb you rxcept the first day they called me to see if I was ok. 1. Located at the center of Makati, surrounded by malls, all within walking distance. 2. Large room 3. Excellent bed, pillow, and bedding. 4. Friendly and helpful staff.

Loved the orchestra that would play in the front lobby. I was waiting there for a job interview and found it very relaxing. The pool and gym are both excellent too. 1) Very good location as the hotel is near to Greenbelt and Glorietta. 2) The chauffeur of the hotel is marvelous. Very polite and helpful. it was the perfect choice in Manila. staff was very welcoming, hotel is very clean and comfortable. location also is good advantage. Location is very nice. Hotel decoration is fantastic. Massage in the spa is excellent at very nice environment as well as good price. I requested a late check out - 4: 30 pm - after a week staying and it was refused on the ground that my room was already booked by somebody else. But they would let me check out late if I paid 50% of daiily rate! The bacon served with the in room american breakfast was extremely poor. None. 1) very strict with extension of check out time. It would hv been perfect if they would allow a late check out time of 2pm. Nill. All was perfect!. We only stayed 1 night so everything was great. An upgrade that I had requested and been granted during a previous stay was not available upon check-in. It took about 20 minutes to resolve the issues but in the end the upgrade was granted and all ended well. Everything was perfect. staff at lounge restaurant service trying where band was playing at night. Nothing... It seems that some cigarette smoke was filtering to my room. The breakfast was over priced , the cheese was enough for two persons , we're there was nearly 60 guests . So I tried it once only , you can find very good restaurants around the Hotel with nearly 70% cheaper and better . Room is noisy due to the construction near the hotel area. Very expensive. Lounge is a bit small. Bathrom accesories are a bit old. Waiting for taxi is a hassle as not many taxi available especially after dinner. Expensive. Nothing. Power sockets. high priced value. crowded.
