  The staff were absolutely fantastic! We would like to particualrly thank Kisha and Shiela from Snaps bar, as they went out of their way to accomodate us and make us feel welcome and Karen who works around the magnificent pool, she made us feel like we were around friends as she remembered both our names from our first visit to Sofitel! The buffe... what people say » t breakfast was one of the most extravagent and delicious things I have ever seen (and eaten!), and the rooms were so clean and stocked full of everyt - Had an excellent stay. Excellent accommodation and facilities and very helpful and friendly staff made our stay thoroughly enjoyable. The food was excellent, including the breakfast buffet which was vast and covered many different cuisines. If staying in Manila again I would definitely stay in the Sofitel. It offers good central location and value for money.

  The pool was nice and especially the sauna was excellent! The room was,nice and big with big windows. Good selection of tv-channels. Beware, there's another hotel called Herald Suites (not Solana). Our taxi insisted on taking us there even though we gave the correct address. But the hotel staff paid for our taxi to the correct hotel which was very... what people say » nice. The service in general was excellent. - Second time I have stayed at this hotel. The room is fabulous – big, with shower and bath. Staff helpful and accommodating and not in your face. The location is something that might not appeal to everyone as it's a short taxi ride to most lively places, but I like it because it's set in an everyday Filipino suburb.

  The whole staff was absolutely adorable and extremely helpful. The room, although not very big, had a very comfortable size and design. It's obvious the hotel is pretty new and everything is in very good shape and clean. Clean towels and sheets are provided upon request. The hotel also offers a car with driver service. There's a British pu - I like that they gave me a clean room as I requested which is higher then 5th floor to avoid the traffic and loud music from the street below. The staffs the doorman to the reception were very helpful and courteous...will definately stay there again

  Friendly, helpful staff. Good price, I felt safer there than the last place I stayed at. Comfy bed. Room service, dinner was really tasty. Quite a cultural hub, close to Intramuros, Divisoria markets, Mall, Manilla Ocean park, cafes and restaurants bars with cultural dance performances. They even have Ballroom dance lessons in the hotel. I thought... what people say » I'd give it a go and it was fun. There's even a cabinet of dancing heels to choose from. - The staff are polite, friendly, courteous and helpful. I requested a quiet room and the front desk clerk secure it for me. Ms. Lim was very nice and patient.

  They upgraded us to 3 bedroom suite at no charge. They provided another unit after the noon checkout for us to use before we had to leave for the airport; again at no charge. The employees were great & went out of their way to be helpful. And they are 100% trustworthy and honest individuals. I have hated Manila on every other trip I HAD to mak... what people say » e there (50) , but this one was nice. - Located right near Robinsons Mall for good shopping, restaurants etc. Good nightlife too in the local area. Short walk from the Pedro-Gil LRT and plenty of taxis at the mall too. Really safe and secure with 24hr security on the front door to the apartments. Extremely comfy bed. Overall an excellent stay. Would definitely recommend.

  It was very clean, comfortable and convenient. I loved all the free parking space and the proximity to Greenbelt (mall, theaters, restaurants), the Skyway entrance and the airports. Nothing fancy but it had all the elements that I needed for a hassle-free stay in Makati. - Close to shopping mall. Close we like most. Close to super market.
