Had an excellent stay. Excellent accommodation and facilities and very helpful and friendly staff made our stay thoroughly enjoyable. The food was excellent, including the breakfast buffet which was vast and covered many different cuisines. If staying in Manila again I would definitely stay in the Sofitel. It offers good central location and value for money.

Second time I have stayed at this hotel. The room is fabulous – big,
with shower and bath. Staff helpful and accommodating and not in your
face. The location is something that might not appeal to everyone as
it's a short taxi ride to most lively places, but I like it because
it's set in an everyday Filipino suburb.

I like that they gave me a clean room as I requested which is higher then 5th floor to avoid the traffic and loud music from the street below. The staffs the doorman to the reception were very helpful and courteous...will definately stay there again

I like almost everything; I love the staff, I love the cheapest room (I
got fishes), I love the price, the closest food served there is quite
amazing. They have a decent WiFi service. They have a well-maintained
facility and fitness lounge, they've got decent channels on their
Cable television compared to Dusit Thani in Manila. It's close to
one of the famed monuments and tourist spots in the Philippines, the
Rizal Park.
Really, the quality of the place is just the best experience, I feel like

Located right near Robinsons Mall for good shopping, restaurants etc. Good nightlife too in the local area. Short walk from the Pedro-Gil LRT and plenty of taxis at the mall too. Really safe and secure with 24hr security on the front door to the apartments. Extremely comfy bed. Overall an excellent stay. Would definitely recommend.

I have chosen this hotel because of location-I wanted to stay in this restored historical site of Manila, in front of one of oldest in Pfilippines St.Agustin church, near Casa Manila, National Museum.
We did like friendliness of staff, simple, but tasteful , very traditional design of rooms, facilities are good.

The room is clean and I didn`t expect it to be quite luxurious cause anyone will not make a rich impression of this hotel because of the exterior. Its near public transit so its a plus for me. They serve eat all you can breakfast during my stay which is good but thought maybe it is an offset for what I paid for.

It was very clean, comfortable and convenient. I loved all the free parking space and the proximity to Greenbelt (mall, theaters, restaurants), the Skyway entrance and the airports. Nothing fancy but it had all the elements that I needed for a hassle-free stay in Makati. -
