We stayed twice, a week apart. The staff were very helpful with explaining how the taxi system worked so that we didn't pay too much a second time. The hotel was amazing especially for the price, so affordable with amazing service from the front desk, restaurants, housekeeping and the millineum club. Great hotel with awesome design and facilities. The room is huge and is best for family with small kids. The room design and furnishing is very elegant. A great weekend getaway for the family.

The hotel is good but its on ortigas little far from manila. 130 P. But excellent location for shopping. Mega mall and ropensons mall and the podum mall and others are there.
The good thing here also they have a very good kitchen and all you need to wash clothes and feel like home.

Malaga suite is very good. Big and modernn apartment , great bathroom, spacefull living room. Kitchen is little but comfortable. Design is great. The bed is big and very confortable. Bathroom is perfect for any kind of use. Staff is very gentle and kind. They speak a very good english. MAKATI area is perfect for anything and you can move simply with taxi. For me it's a 5 stars.

The hotel matched my expectations and then some. Had an excellent stay. Excellent accommodation and facilities and very helpful and friendly staff made our stay thoroughly enjoyable. The food was excellent, including the breakfast buffet which was vast and covered many different cuisines. If staying in Manila again I would definitely stay in the Sofitel. It offers good central location and value for money.

face. The location is something that might not appeal to everyone as

The rooms were excellent. The bed was so comfortable, and the bathroom was great. The staff was amazing: smart, friendly, and kind. Our 22 yr. old waitress was incredible! The guys at Reception were very attentive. The roof deck was nice. There was water for refill on the roof deck which was very handy and convenient.

I like staying there its really nice. staff are great. Hotel is in great shape and clean well. In a nice surrounding area I think it's the best area in Manila thay have parking it's just not free at night but at least. and also you can rent a car there coz thay have office for Europe car in the lobby.

Nice, quiet place with a reasonable restaurant and friendly stuff. Close to the airport, downtown and the busy life in that part of Puerto Princesa. -

I ordered true letsbookhotel.com which normally doesn't debit the credit card given for security of payment.
Indeed my Malaysian friends wanted to pay directly their rooms with their credit card.
But my account was debited when I arrived at the hotel.
As my friends are gentlemen their reimbursed me in Pesos.
But what has been done is not correct and opposite of the rule written by letsbookhotel.com.
I book often true you.... may I have to change?
