  We stayed twice, a week apart. The staff were very helpful with explaining how the taxi system worked so that we didn't pay too much a second time. On our return visit our request for a room at the back was met with an upgrade, even though the previous room had been excellent. The buffet dinner and breakfast had great choices. Will definitely ... vad folk säger » stay again. - The hotel was amazing especially for the price, so affordable with amazing service from the front desk, restaurants, housekeeping and the millineum club. The hotel transportation was especially awesome, the drivers were very professional and extremely courteous. A big Thank You to our driver, Melo Delfino!

  Great hotel with awesome design and facilities. The room is huge and is best for family with small kids. The room design and furnishing is very elegant. A great weekend getaway for the family. My son has a small accident in the pool and the staff was there to assist and make sure he was taken cared of. A+++ for customer servise.   This was our second stay at the Picasso and we were very pleased to see that some of the small things we commented during our last stay had been attended to. We now had 3 pillows each instead of one, ball pens instead of pencils, the room air con was set at a comfortable temperature rather than freezing cold. This is an excellent place to stay! - Malaga suite is very good. Big and modernn apartment , great bathroom, spacefull living room. Kitchen is little but comfortable. Design is great. The bed is big and very confortable. Bathroom is perfect for any kind of use. Staff is very gentle and kind. They speak a very good english. MAKATI area is perfect for anything and you can move simply with taxi. For me it's a 5 stars.

  This is the second time I've stayed at Deep Forest. Not only the staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating to me and my partner's needs, we have become good friends with one of the staff who have toured us around Puerto Princesa city. We would like to particualrly thank Kisha and Shiela from Snaps bar, as they went out of their way to accomodate us and make us feel welcome and Karen who works around the magnificent pool, she made us feel like we were around friends as she remembered both our names from our first visit to Sofitel!   The pool was nice and especially the sauna was excellent! The room was,nice and big with big windows. Good selection of tv-channels. Beware, there's another hotel called Herald Suites (not Solana). Our taxi insisted on taking us there even though we gave the correct address. But the hotel staff paid for our taxi to the correct hotel which was very... vad folk säger » nice. The service in general was excellent. - Second time I have stayed at this hotel. The room is fabulous – big, with shower and bath. Staff helpful and accommodating and not in your face. The location is something that might not appeal to everyone as it's a short taxi ride to most lively places, but I like it because it's set in an everyday Filipino suburb.

  Nice, quiet place with a reasonable restaurant and friendly stuff. Close to the airport, downtown and the busy life in that part of Puerto Princesa. - The place is clean and the service is good. The room is basic but comfortable. The pool is nice. Their tour provider is excellent!

  The whole staff was absolutely adorable and extremely helpful. The room, although not very big, had a very comfortable size and design. It's obvious the hotel is pretty new and everything is in very good shape and clean. Clean towels and sheets are provided upon request.
