In fact my tour for the day was cancelled and the hotel suv was offered for a reasonable price and took me and my date on a 5 hour tour of the city of Tagatay and it was perfect for our day - The pool area was lovely and loved walking the grounds and visiting the little farm and garden area.   Arrival was nice with complimentary tea. Room was clean. Breakfast was nice. Great swimming pool. Grounds were well kept with some lovely flowers and lawns. The trip to the volcano was great.   I like how the owner of the hotel and his staff are open to feedback and use it to improve the hotel and their services. It is also nice that they have their own restaurant, with an affordable price and a café. They even have a pool and spa massage for you although its quite expensive for me. My husband gave them a fre - When staying, we loved the "at home" feeling while resting. We did not experience hard time sleeping that we feel in other hotel.
