Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The service and comfort was would you can expect in a 5* hotel.I like themost How they r Friendly and the Hospitality is just great. Location, though central, was adjacent to mix of the destitute/slums and consequently much begging. That said, old Manila is mostly a mix of this no matter where u go.The actual rate charged was higher than initially confirmed, due to local taxes and service charges.
