Excellent hotel! Clean, friendly stuff, good location, has very comfortable bed! Very nice casino and swimming pool! Highly recommended!. Centrally situated with many nice restaurants in the neighbourhood. Nice well assorted rooms. WiFi worked fine:o). The staff is very frendly, the hotel is very clean and the location is Good. All in all we liked it a lot. Centrally situated with shops and restaurants near by. WiFi worked well and the rooms are spacious.

Comfortable room. Nice pool. Take a room on a high floor i.e. 10-17 (nice view and less hookers). Area (El Cangrejo) is safe and nice. The location was great in relation to distance from the airport, the water-front, being in the city, and food. The location was ideal to get around. Rooms were decent for short trip. The air conditioning in main hallways need to be overhauled (moldy, disgusting smell!). Representatives at City Tour desk completely useless. ice machine was broken on floor 10 but not a real problem, got ice from another floor. There were no towels in the bathroom. Had to call maid service. no fridge. Nothing. mini bar missing towels upon arrival. the price could be better, maybe have more specials. The laundry services is very poor. Ice maker didn't work, cool shower at times. staff are good and room service with the housekeeper. The 30min endless paperwork to redeem the $5 slot casino credit was a waste of time so don't bother. More hookers than mosquitoes. Shame on you Wyndham!!!. The hotel was swarming with prostitutes and the rooms need updating. The Casino was full of prostitutes. Not a hotel were one would stay with children. The prostitutes were everywhere, could not get a table as they were sitting at them and could not enjoy the live music. At checkout, mentioned it to front desk, they didn't seem to care. Even the police that was standing guard at entrance allowed them in. I would not stay here again as the area is full of nice hotels. Staff not that helpful and lack of English knowledge. Old, smelly room. Not very clean. Would not go back. Check in staff not friendly. They claimed I had no reservation when I checked in. Not possible to check in until 3 even if the rooms are ready. WiFi in the room didn't work. I prepaid the hotel a month before my arrival and it took me three days and several arguments with various hotel staff to convince them that they had already taken the money from my credit card. Customer service is non existant in this hotel (this seems to be a general problem in Panama). Had to wait 3 hours for a room although I had a reservation. They even gave me in first instance an already occupied room. Only 1 person at desk so very poor service. Poor service and unfriendly staff. It was hard to get any good room service. The hotel didn't even have any ice machines that were working.. staff lacks of training. no one cares including the staff at the bar etc. carpets at the floors seems never to be vacumed and there is a bad smell. rooms need to be renewed. My friend checked in and paid the check with his credit card (different name) now they charge me for no show and I really stay in room 1406 on 4th november. Tried to contact manay times but no. One has a clue how to solve this.
