Staff were excellent - a rare pleasure! - The hotel is close to the city and just 8 Euros to the train station. The hotel was very quiet over the weekend and the receptionist was running the whole show, to her credit too! The rooms are very clean and tidy. I have family living nearby and will stay there again when next visiting.

The room was big enough. In a high floor, in the back of the building facing the city centre . There was a kettle and soluble coffe and tea. The bed was very confy. The location opposite to the train station is very convenient. Plenty of supermarkets around. The information centre is near by. Walking to the town centre at night was lovely.

breakfast, although continental, there were a few cooked items, and
everything was regularly replenished. Room was light and airy, with lots
of space and a comfy double bed. Bathroom/wet room included a sun-

tubs and roof terrace.

Works fine for a business trip. Spacious room. A movie theater is situated right next to the hotel, if you have spare time. Breakfeast served early (5:00 AM) and packed lunches are available. -

First of all the Staff was very helpful and kind. We took a suite, which was a great value pick compared to the other hotels, as it was festival weekend in the city. The room was very nice and clean, and the kitchen equipment were ok.
We found the lobby area very beautiful. They had a nice library, pool and pingpong tables etc.

The hotel has a lot of additional facilities like billiards, ping pong, the gym, a lot of common space with couches and chairs. There is a cafe just next door where one can have a nice breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The hotel is located in a very nice and cosy area of Rotterdam. It's very close to the river Maas and to the centre. A big part Kralingen Bos is also fairly close by bike.
Very good value for money.
