  Excellent location, in a nice quiet area but still close to everything. You felt like you were living as a local. Lovely view of the canal and ideal for visiting Anne Frank House. Booked in at a cute antique shop and check out was really simple, just posting keys through the letter box.   Niels provided outstanding service. He was personable and extremely helpful. When I first arrived in Amsterdam I got myself lost in the red light district and he came to pick me up. The apartment was immaculate and had a well-equipped kitchen. It was located in a quiet, beautiful nieghborhood overlooking the canals. He met us at the tram station, helped with parking, gave good tips on where to eat, was available for text messages if necessary and arranged a transfer to the airport. The apartment was very well located and furnished, we were a group of 6 people and it was much cheaper to stay in the apartment than to book hotel rooms.

  We booked the Guest-Houseboat for our 12th anniversary because we wanted to stay somewhere special and it certainly exceeded our expectations! We've visited Amsterdam many times before, but we felt that staying here gave us a completely different perspective on this beautiful city. Paul was an excellent host. When we arri - I have never stayed in a houseboat before. I was not disappointed. It was a great apparment on the canal. Great view through the large windows. Excellent facilities. Very comfortable bed, good kichenette and excellent bathroom. Close to everything, shops, resaurants, but not noisy - just the right balance. I was on a business trip, but plan to go back in the Spring with my wife. Paul and Patricia were terrific in helping out and providing advice. Great service!
