The College Hotel is a four star boutique hotel in the centre of Amsterdam. This historical building was built in the 19th century. The restaurant and bar of this hotel were completely renovated in May 2017. The interior design assembled by designer Martijn de Goede. The rooms feature free WiFi, a flat screen TV, coffee facilities and some have bathrobes with slippers. Each room is decorated differently. Breakfast includes freshly baked bread and fresh orange juice. The College Hotel has a terrace and garden. In the summer lunch, beers and wine can be served here. This hotel has 4 function rooms and is also suitable for weddings, children high tea's and birthdays. From May 2017 The College Hotel will also serve lunch and dinner at Ristorante Ferilli's PC Hooftstraat is 1 km away and the Vondelpark is 1,2 km away. The famous area "De Pijp" is around the corner. There is a tram stop across the street.

The building itself is nice, but the service grade is very amateur as the hotel's name. For a short while the front could not find my room key and she told me that she would charge me for the loss of the key. She found out my key somewhere else finally.

Hotel information details

We are located in a former school building. A sense of history is mirrored in the tall ceilings, comforting fireplaces and stretching staircases.

Room information details

All the rooms are characterized by the harmony between the black, brown and sand colours. The bathrooms offer style details as high ceilings and washbasin’s closets of French design with lackings in black and supports in chrome. Most of the rooms’ furniture was specially designed for Hotel College by FG Stijl, Ámsterdam.

From direction Den Haag/Schiphol/Haarlem A4 (40 Minutes)

·Exit S109 (Amsterdam/Rai)

When reaching the A10 ring Amsterdam follow the direction 'Zuid' and look for exit S109(Amsterdam/Rai). Take exit S109 and turn right (Europa Boulevrad). Take the second exit on the round about and turn left after 450 meters (Wielingenstraat). After 900 meters turn right into the Stadionweg. After 500 meters turn left into the Hobbmakade, after 250 meters you are on the Roelof Hartplein with TheCollegeHotel on your right side.
