The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. The location very central to Central Amsterdam and definately the staff very nice. The situation of hotel is perfect. Close to tram stop, easy to find, very clean, free breakfast and good value. good location, not too old. location. location of the hotel in the centre of town, near tram stop, in front of a canal. The hotel has a great location and friendly and helpful staff. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Central location. Buffet breakfast was quite nice.i didnt like it. the breakfast. breakfast was good .I mean it included typical breakfast items. close to centre town. The bed in our room was very soft. more breakfast options. the breakfest was a bit dull... The rooms could have been cleaner.Breakfast was limited and staff did not "top up" supplies unless asked. Staff can seem a little rude and should work on customer focus. Room was a fair size and very clean, but I can see how some may say they are too small. No lift was a pain when you have large bags. few towels, no hairdryer. size of room. very small room without window, poor breakfast, reception and breakfast in another hotel (!!!). The rooms are very small. Bedding was not very clean and the beds were not very comfortable. Windows lead to the street and the rooms are incredibly noisy. The price of 220euro for 2 nights was a little steep for the accomodations, although it was one of the cheapest we could find for this particular weekend in Amsterdam. Bad smell in hallway, very small room and tv had no remote.there is nothing to like about hotel. rooms too small, no windows to outside, cramped, tv not working, a/c not working. The room was very small. There were holes in the walls and a pile ofrubbish that stayed outside our door for around 16 hours. It was stillthere when we left. The bathroom had been refurbished but the roomlooked like it hadn't been upgraded since the 1950s. No hot water during 2 days. First of all reception desk is located two buildings next to paganini hotel at hotel vivaldi.Probably they co operate.Rooms extremely small!! had asked for two separate beds and was given one double bed finally got one with two beds for the first day but for the next two nights we decided to take another single room as to compensate for the small space we had to stay in.Yet personel real kind!!. everything in the room was broken.. no light, no tvset.The hotel has no reception you have to go to another place to check in and to have breakfast. It has no lift, so it was difficult to access the room through the stairs.Even though there was a warning not to smoke guests smoked and the fire alarm rang in the middle of the night, it was terrible.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT:
Take the train from Schiphol-Airport to Amsterdam Central Station.
Travelling time: +/- 20 minutes. When you are leaving the Central Station you can take a taxi to Hotel Paganini.
It is also possible to take tram number 16, 24 or 25 and stop at the Heineken museum (approx. 10 min from the Central Station).
