Just a suggestion, upon arrival it was -2/3degress outside it would have been nice to arrive to a warm room. the heating worked ok after being turned up, although it took a while being so cold outside. an electric blanket would have been nice as well, not to much to ask for being a 4 star hotel.that we had to pay to use the gym - this was not specified on the website. You have to pay for everything extra (parking, breakfast,...). Fandb service staffs are not professional. Also the room amenities are notsufficient. Only provide Soap, Shampoo.... What about other amendities?Being a 1st Convention Hotel, we have to even pay for internet access!!!I dont think it will cost a lot to cost in the Complimentary internetaccess. Mostly are Business travelers staying in the hotel. Not valuefor money for Accor brand.old hotel. The staff were a bit rude at times and the shower head didn't work and the bath wouldn't drain so I could not have a shower or bath the morning I was leaving.I didnot want to stay at this hotel but they charg me in advans, myrecuest didnot eccept!!
