  The hotel's location is very good, if you want to stay close to the airport. The staff were very friendly and the free shuttle service was excellent (keep in mind that you have to arrange for it beforehand, since there is no access to the hotel in the airport). Location is not good because of the highway but it didn´t disturb me. Anyways it´s kind of hotel just for one day stay if your flight is too early or late for departure from Playa del Carmen or other distant location. Hotel was clean and really nice equiped. Breakfast was nice!!!

  All was great, will stay there again, but after travelling throughout Mexico, cost of the room was steep. Compared to Cancun hotel zone it was lower priced, so no problems, Service was great and food was good.

I loved my room situated on 9th floor in the quietest part of the hotel, the list is endless - The hotel is very conveniently located right on the beach. It was a few steps walking distance from our room. The place was impeccably maintained. Though a buffet breakfast should have been included.

  I liked everything about the hotel, the building is great, the room is excellent and the view just breathtaking. The staff = very, very friendly, efficient and wellcoming which is just what anyone might need.   Very nice hotel for a good price. The price on letsbookhotel.com was half of the normal rate. We did not book in advance and had to book with our tablet in the lobby to get the good price (half of the normal rate). Rooms are spacious, clean, quite. The included breakfast is ok, but noting special. Locations is close to a big shoppingmall and bus... what people say » stop. We didn't know, there is a second ADO busstop at the IBIS-hotel which is close, unfortunately we didn't know and got out at the mainstation and - The staff was extra good! I love the pool also the food was good.

  Excellent standard, very nice rooms with big beds all white and fresh. Good facilities with gym and pool (although a bit cold!), laundry (you need to "buy" a special coin in the reception so don't do the same mistake that we did, trying all of our regular mexican pesos....) Within walking distance (only like 2-3 minutes) from the big shopping mal... what people say » l Liverpool with cinemas, shops and everything. If you walk like 5-10 minutes from the hotel the opposite direction you can hop on any bus that says " - Breakfast was great. Good location, we used this as an overnight stop before going on to Tulum, the airport is only about half an hour away and the main bus station just down the road. Also lovely tacos just next door!

  Hotel staff was very kind, helpful and friendly. The food was great in all the restaurants and had many options and variety. The swimming pools were nice and the gym had good and new equipment. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay with few negative points. - The location was exellent. Friendly staff.
