Excellent standard, very nice rooms with big beds all white and fresh. Good facilities with gym and pool (although a bit cold!), laundry (you need to "buy" a special coin in the reception so don't do the same mistake that we did, trying all of our regular mexican pesos....) Within walking distance (only like 2-3 minutes) from the big shopping mall Liverpool with cinemas, shops and everything. If you walk like 5-10 minutes from the hotel the opposite direction you can hop on any bus that says ".
all reviews » Breakfast was great. Good location, we used this as an overnight stop before going on to Tulum, the airport is only about half an hour away and the main bus station just down the road. Also lovely tacos just next door!. it was the second time my family of four stays there 2adults 2 kids. we love it. it is perfect for what we where looking for. very clean, close enough to the shoping mall. - Very helpful, friendly yet professional staff with good English - Confortable & clean rooms - Great breakfast - Convenient location - Complimentary shuttle service. Very good interiors. Great mexican style breakfasts, free-of-charge transportation to bus station, sea port, etc. provided by hotel minivan. Location was a bit too far from the beach and now afterwards we would probably liked to stay in the zona hotelera and the take the bus into the city and the other way around. But the hotel was nice! And if you are not a beach person than this is excellent because for this price the hotel standard is really good!. nothing. - Only coffee, not tea, is offered in the room! - TV has no international channels...just Spanish immersion!. Cancun itself not a place for relax - it is real city. If you prefer more quiet vacation it is better to choose Playa-del-Carmen. At Cancun it's worth to spent two-three days while visit Isla de Muheres and Chichen-Itsa. But this remark doesn't regard to the hotel. We could hear easily our neighbours through the doors (twin rooms). I knew it was in downtown, but there was nothing worth visiting in walking distance, unless you count a massive mall. Staff were professional, but not friendly. Nothing I didnt like. Room key failed everyday. Evening food/buffet quality very poor. No English speaking TV channels. The hotel is a bit musty smelling.
