Staff was very friendly and helpful. You feel like in 5 star hotel, altough the price was only like 3 star hotel. Room was nice and big. We booked the family suite - which turned out to be the 2bedroom suite on the top floor, occupying half of the entire floor.
Service - top notch. Supervisor was inspecting the room right before we moved in (although we were waiting for 2 hours before we were allowed to enter) and it was well worth the wait!
