  Personal service at reception was exceptionally polite and attentive. Staff well turned out, friendly, smiley and always at hand to assist. The food was to die for!   Easy accessabillity to all surrounding placeses, excellent sevice provided by the entire staff cleanliness and value of manoy. I highly recommend this hotel. - everything was great. It was a delightful place to stay in and this hotel is located on the best spot of KL right next to the Twin Towers
