Its kind of castle type, l feel like heritage decoration...very nice for me.   Actually the room I wanted but not available via letsbookhotel.com was two bedrooms apartment. The room can only be booked directly with hotel but i need to pay full amount of deposit into bank account when making reservation for the said room. When I was there, I asked whether two bedrooms apartment still available. And they sai - Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location within short walk of several restaurants and shops and the beach. Family room was good size (with two large double beds and a large bathroom) and very comfortable. The pool area is great, facing a waterfall and a hill with subtropical rainforest. Excellent value for money. They offer a daily buffet dinner beside the pool, which is reasonably priced and offers a huge variety of food (Indian, Chinese, Malay, Western). I found the quality of the food

  The staff are exceptionally friendly and always there to help. I have booked an Apartment suite, however, the air-con is not working and resort staff had upgraded my stay to the Perdana suite at no additional cost. On the last day of the tour, one of the restaurent staff notice that my son was not feeling well. Upon knowing that my son had diahorr... what people say » ea, he suggested drinking hot tea and even offer one for my son. What a kind gesture. Will definitely come back to this resort for my subsequent visit - On arrival we were upgraded to a large family villa on the ground floor which had everything we needed with excellent housekeeping staff. The location of the Holiday/Federal Villa on Pantai Tengah Beach is perfect....Great for families
