  great family stay, definitely will stay in this hotel again, the children loved the swimming pool which looks like a real beach, we spend a whole day in the resort and not bored there is lots of activities to do and enjoy the surrounding, great staff :) , arranged mangrove trip with hotel and guide which is a must and really worth the money - I r... what people say » eally loved the hotel & finds it great for honeymoon, my plan was to stay only for 2 nights and then moved to other hotel, but after I experienced the hotel I extended my stay to 5 nights.   Everything is great - friendly staff, adequately sized rooms, great for business events, easily accessible from the toll exit. Above average and will definitely come again.   The most significant aspect of this enjoyable stay was the service experience provided by the staff. A friendly, welcoming and engaging team of people. From reception to housekeeping, they were all committed to provide care and assitance as well as timely response to any type of demand. We really had a great time and I definit - A lovely spot situated by the road but you cannot hear the traffic. It's approx 15 min walk to the beach & resort. We hired a car for 3 days, costing 300 MYR (£60) so that we got to see the island - it has beautiful beaches and the cable car ride is spectacular. The room was large and spacious, with daily complimentary water, tea,coffee. Breakfast was sufficient but sometimes came in cold as it is not prepared on

  Fabulous! The guest service for check is very good and very accomodative. Swimming pool is well maintained. Breakfast is acceptable. I will come again. - Satisfied with the staff, service and facilities. We feel so enjoyable, peacefully and relaxing. Everything was so wonderful. Recommended to others.
