We are a family of 6 from Australia. Family own run the hotel, feel very welcome, excellent location for food, entertainment, shopping and city sight seeing. A walk to every where. Value for money for the same star quality compared to surrounding hotel. Will definitely come back with friends and families

Everything was amazing in this hotel, the Staff were so helpful, whoever you ask about anything they will make sure that you get the premium with less money especially when we were asking about the tours. The owner was very nice and accommodating. I wish we have stayed longer because the place was perfect (clean facilities, good location - about 5-10 mins away from Petronas Tower and walking distance from a metro station). I would definitely go back to Jia's Residences! -
