I take this opportunity to thank the staff, to be exact is Ms.Kay, she is quickest receptionist I had ever seen. Every time I go to travel I am forced to stay at the reception for a while till they finish my registration. Ms. Kay was helpful and patient enough to answer all my questions. The breakfast is great, I am really happy to be there, and surely will be there again. the room was super clean and I liked the view from the window

I like the idea of having a safe box which is not a common item found at any hotel especially for a budget hotel. Hotel location is quite strategic but due to the current construction in progress, the location is a little bit far from bukit bintang. the beddings are comfortable, there's a water refilling station so we don't need to buy bottled water anymore. 7-11 and KK Mart are just located across the street. Very near to the food avenue very wide array of food choices! Money changes is located just beside the hotel. Breakfast is just ok kids like it. Front desk has been very helpful helping us to book vans going to Genting, Sunway, City Tour and Airport. Everything is hassle free!
