Central location,walking distance to places of interest in the city center.Ability to book tours from front desk.Cheap shuttle bus to and from airport.There is a convenience store beside the hotel to cater to a traveler's needs.The staff was helpful and friendly. Only 1 comment. can someone removes the banners /bunting on the outside of the hotel cos it's blocking the views of guest which are staying on the 1st floor we do need some view especially at night. staff's are excellent, thanks.we had wonderful holiday.
all reviews » nice location around 10-15 minutes to the centre, lots of shops, eateries around, reasonable price, excellent personel at reception desk, cheap transfer to the airport, clean rooms and nice bathroom, overall very good stay,. convenience with arabian restaurant just in the same bulding. (inclusive with delivery service). 1st and ever i've met Hotel provided With SelfService Laundry. (awesome) Strong and stabilization Wifi. Near to the city attraction. Walking distance to restaurants such as Sushi King, Fullhouse, RJ Ayam Bakar, McD, KFC, Pizza Hut and etc.. Walking distance to cinema, waterfront and convenience store. The room is comfy. Can't see the outside coz there are no window but I m satisfied with the tv cannel that can view. The transpot charges to the airport is resonable only rm6. Staff at here is very friendly and helpful. I like to stay here and very budgeting. They even provide a cheap shuttle to airport. Friendly staff, clean hotel, rooms cleaned and new towels given every day. Value for money too and the location was fantastic. Hotel located in very city center. Its clean. Bathroom is good. The outer look of the building is old but when we stepped into the lobby, it gave us a totally different view. It was great and clean. The room is small but don't forget it is a budget hotel. With just RM96/nite you have queen bed, bathroom, tv, aircon. Iron, washing machine and dryer are provided FOC. You even have free WIFI at hotel lobby. All these are FOC and you won't get this free in 5-star hotels. Great boutique hotel !!!. very cosy. Never expected a budget hotel was really this good in terms of its facilities. The attached Middle eastern restaurant offers good food with local delicacies too. Good location. good location in kuching downtown, convenient if want to do shopping in kuching and walking around 10-20mins got variety choices of eating places .i stayed for 3 days 2 nights with old parents who are hard to walk for more than 10minutes..so it ended up we need to take taxi to even walking distance places...we took a cab to the latest newest shopping mall in kuching that is Plaza Merdeka. once climb in the taxi, the starting rate is rm10 and we paid rm12 to Plaza Merdeka and rm12 for trip back. 1. Affordable room price..within budget. 2. Availability of underground car park. Room was too small especially when we stayed for 5 nights!There was a mouldy smell in the room and the air conditioning was dripping throughout our stay. lack of window was painful, we could not wake up in the morning as we thought it was still dark :), slow computer station,. Ceiling leaked with water on our last nights. suggestion for your maintenance team to run water proofing frequently. Nothing. The day tours to the Semengong wildlife center was bad. The driver picked us up in a van with poor airconditioning, was sweating the entire trip. He then picked up his friends on the way and then stopped again to take a smoking break before finally going to the wildlife center. My only complaint is the dog barking from the house opposite the hotel. Since we har One OF the ceapest rooms it was wuthout Windows. I Think a lot OF the rooms Åre. One thing is that the bathroom has a glass Wall, so If anyone goes there in the night switching the light on there lite up the entire room. There's a kettle, would be better if there were coffee and tea packets too. got cofee making facilities, but not the coffee or tea. my fridge broke down, and they dont have extra. but they help mee keep my things inside office fridge. The aircond leakage in room 413 which was not fix from first day till we checked out. Small No coffee / tea making facility. No windows, but overall good rooms. The air cond is not strong enough. Fridge not working, otherwise very good. There's nothing not to like..;). Most of the room don't have window. No wifi in each room. So early close the cafe. Rooms are without windows, in case of emergency bbqed. The Internet service is worst.they wrote on hotel website that its as wifi in the room but on getting there,I realized there is no wifi in the room and even there is no telephone service in some of the room..the only place to use the Internet is the lobby and despite the Internet service is very slow and bad as hell. no windows and phone. The room did not have any ventilation at all, so had caught severe cold and nose block because of this. Moreover the rooms feel small and packed, if there was some breathing, it would be still better. No complaints apart from this. The wall socket. It is too loose for 2-pin plug-in. Sigh. The air conditioner took a long time to cool that little room(for me it is too small for amount of money I have to pay). No 3 in 1 drinks prepared in the room. It didn't come with a package of breakfast for customer. Room bar fridge did not work. Wall socket for outlet was loose and had a tough time charging my cell phone..needed to jiggle the plug in. price for room was ok would have been better if it was cheaper in comparison to other hotels. 1 card key per room. - No window in the room (you know it before, nevertheless it is missing) - lots of hairs on the floor, not too clean - bed very hard and noisy. No breakfast included in price. No discount for long stays. Laundry machines and iron setup. Did not always work. Not so clean (bedsheet). Room quite small (similar with Tune hotel but with bigger bathroom). No breakfast. No water hose at bathroom (some people like to wash using hose not using tissue paper). Few TV channels only provided. Fridge not functioning but cannot change room due to fully occupied. TV channel too less and no wifi. the neighbors...quite noisy. There is no window in the room. If there is a window even a small one will be very much better feeling. As a business traveller I would be a great benefit if the free Internet was WIFI. Toilet door. strong cigarette smell even for non-smoking room and every usage of towel also need to pay. 1. Difficult to book online esp. the single cheaper room rate. 2. One day notice in advance for transport booking to/fro airport is quiet difficult, as one need to reconfirm schedule. 3. Train counetr staff to be more courteous and friendly.
