Services was good. The familyroom is quit big.Reception staff and night staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially the young Chinese boy at the desk; I think his name was Gary. The location is great for walking to many locations. . all reviews
It is in the middle of china town and a great location for shopping, comfortable bed and pillows, buffett breakfast was included.easy access to shopping facilities, choice of meals. It was central to where we needed to be and any request made to the staff was answered with politeness and enthusiasm. Where our request for assistance could be met it was. Breakfast was hectic and the staff should be commended for their tireless efforts to make sure all of the customers are served.Area in Chinatown, Directly at Petaling street, stayed at deluxe room, small but very nice, clean, quiet, newly renovated, good breakfast. good location. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The courteous staff. The ideal location in the hear of Chinatown. THe sumptous breakfast in the mornings. THe arrangment for tours and sightseeing.Friendly staff...great buffet breakfast. shop and for a walk in Petaling Street, and easy to find the way back to the hotel when tired, felt safety not too afraid cuz im went there alone. Hotel is well located, in Chinatown, and really worth the price. Staff was cool. Breakfast good. The Hotel was very convenient to the Chinatown markets. And the bar had nice fruit smoothies. The conveniece of the hotel to shopping and restraunts and attractions in KL. Convenient location. Good clean hotel. Good location.Location. Location. Change of rooms was no problem although the hotel was almost fully booked, breakfast was good as well. Great value for money!. The staffs were friendly and very helpful, and the location is very good. Right in the middle of chinatown. The staff's friendly tone and prompt response to my request. The location is good, good service with reasonable price. it's near chinatown and near town area. Location is good. convenience. The room was quite big and nice, but had no window (but I knew that, so it was no problem). convenient being in the city centre. very accessible to Chinatown...breakfast. The hotel has very good location in the centre of the Kuala Lumpur and near underground station Pasar Seni. You can use Aeroexpress from International airport to Central Train station, it is very convenient. The standart room of the hotel is small, it is not comfortable. The hotel staff are kindly and friendly.being at the heart of chinatown where i like to do shoping the most whenever i visit kualalampur.pilow and towel is so prety clean we are like very much. it is inside china town. Very nice room. Good Location. Very convenient for shopping and dining out. Easy to access the transportation by bus, train, monorail and even the long distance bus.The location is quite convenient. Proximity to the markets. Its location. Location of the hotel. It's near the city and lots of shopping centers around. I was disappointed that there was no washing hose near the toilet bowl. There was only sink and shower pipe. It was an inconvenience to my family as muslims always wash ourself using the hose instead of tissue paper. Please consider my suggestion.the room service, if possible there must be a no to call tham. The electric switches do no allow you to turn off all the lights but keep the television set on. Also the switch for the entry hall light works in reverse (Room 718). Tiny bathroom and had to step into the shower to close the door and get to the toilet. We had booked a queen bed but went up to the room to find 2 single beds. After complaining, we were able to swap rooms. This hotel is a value for money hotel, it certainly does not have the frilly edges that a 5 Star hotel has (which you pay for), but provides everything that you would expect. It is clean, room service is good, the food and beverage are ok. In summary my family and I liked our stay at the hotel. The long walk to the lifts for those living in floors 3 to 7. aircond not really good, even adjusted the higher still felt hot, until raining will felt better. And the bathroon too small, difficulted to walk in and out. Bathroom is a bit small and needed re-painting, but not a big issue. The rooms are very small. I had a deluxe room. Which worked out to be space for a double bed only. Deluxe must mean flat screen tv, and modern looking showerhead. There were rennovations going on which made the reception area a bit like a bomb shelter but did not greatly detract from the experience.First we had a room in the newest part of the hotel, nice room with all options but very small. Some rooms had no windows. The Buffet Breakfast choices are too limited. Should increase or at least have different selections to choose everyday.Door is not easy to open , which needs improvement. bathroom. the bathroom facilities. The room was very noisy, I heard every word coming from the other rooms around, which became very anoying at night, when some guests were very loud.no Wifi internet access. The elevator system. two things: 1)on my arrival the receptionist said: Sir, do you like somebody to help with the baggage? after a long trip the receptionist should know that the answer is obviously yes and a bellman should help without being asked.
2) its a "not safe" to walk alone late at night in that area as has been confirmed by hotel staff.
my recommendation to stay will be dipendent in the situation. lift is to old and some time not working very well. the facilities not too good. Bit of a mistery tour finding rooms breakfast could have been a more wider fare. Some routine menu at the buffet breakfast - lift was not good on our arrival - had to take stairs to 5th floor. The bathroom is too small (2m x 1m) and no bathtub even in a Deluxe room.Unfortunately our room has no window. The room is very small and badly in need of renovation. The bathroom is exceptionally small and I needed to stand in the shower to open the door to get out. It is also quite difficult to find your way around the hotel because it is like a rabbit warren. The quality and range of food during breakfast buffet was not satisfactory. Although website stated incl. American breakfast, hotel offered standard breakfast buffet.no parking. Yes they didnt arrange transfers like my mum thought they were going to do.And we ended up paying double the agreed price.the hotel staff weren't kindly, the hotel is located in a doggy area, remote controler wasn't working.the two lift most of the time busy.the room had no window!what's more the bathroom door wasn't designed properly.
