Shouldprovide water boiler in the room.the water dispenser happened to be broken when we were there. the aircon in the room cannot be adjusted for its temperature as it is centrally controlled. receptionist service need to improve, sink is leaking, shower hot water no enough hot.Hard to find the hotel location because the hotel's sign board is hidden by tree. Simple and unsafety lock, small bathroom, old and small TV. For the price and location there is very little for one to dislike about anything. Although the hotel as an elevator, some stairs must be taken to arriveto the lobby; not too easy in case walking is impaired or simply havinghaving heavy baggage. We prolonged the stay over the weekend, but havenot been informed for the higher weekend rate; this was a surprise whenbalancing the account.It was requested that rooms should be with window, but those were not provided. Drinking water was not provided only near receiption, in my opinion it should be on each floor. No windows in the standard room and slightly noisy.this hotel cannot use credit card only cash. no window in the room. No lift upto one floor. so everytime had trouble carrying the baggages and Pram as we had a little baby. Mosquitoes. Bedlinens were quite old. Baby cot only for delux rooms, not mentioned while booking. Double bed was actually two single beds and were moving away as they had wheels. So it is good stay if there are no children. ...something, like the lift is not so good...for some rooms, the air-conditioner don't work very well. need to pay for extra towel. poor sound proof. downtown. does not has coffee maker in room. 1. No carpet in rooms or any place in the hotel, but the photo's in the web site showed all these. 2. Central aircon including the rooms, so when cold cannot do anything. This should have been clearly mentioned in the booking web site 3. Poor lighting. 4. Not sufficient safety lockers 5. No windows in many rooms. I had requested while booking.6. Pink/Rose color Blankets are very old, should change.
