The location is great! Hawker stalls are just around the hotel, so one gets a very wide choice of what one likes to eat. Parking is available at only RM 5 for hotel guests and the car park is brightly lit and monitored by security personnel 24 hours a day.The service was excellent than expected especially the front counter service who attend to my enquiries with a SMILE.Keep up the good work!!!.
all reviews Location is in the middle of China town and nearby train & Bus stations. The view! The spacious and clean room. The air-conditioning. it good near for shoping food & bus interchange. The staff. The bed was comfortable, view from room was good, clean, bathroom, for the price what you got was fair. The bed & pillows were good. The location is great for being near eateries & shopping. Special compliments to Benjamin, front desk, & Ah-Kok, senior manager. Value for money. Location. should add more menu for breakfast. Bathroom has no soap and shampoo holder. So, you have to hold them while shower. Anonymity. Didn't like the breakfast choices would like cereal and yogurt please,not curry. Sorry, it's my western tastes. air con some time not cold. Free WiFi. Service was okay but not amazing. Breakfast was just ok. It mainly serves Asian clientele so not much of a backpacker vibe. It was a no frills type place but had the basics. I guess I am used to being pampered more when staying somewhere. I didn't like china town either, it's noisy and busy. Overall, it was an ok hotel and looked better than some of the other places in the area. But next time I would stay in a quieter neighborhood. The housekeeping was very bad. We got old towels with holes in them . They didn't changed bedsheets daily. They left coffee cups unwashed. Only got soap once. No accessories in very old & dirty looking bathroom. The wash basin was clogged up. The breakfast mainly catered for Asians. Lifts had dirty carpet. Tv did not work upon arrival but was fixed. Room #701 telephone did not work for entire 5 night stay. No bedroom slippers provided. Breakfast and room facilities. the toilet bowl is dirty, the cup for minibar is also dirty, and the internet service (WIFI) is very poor.
