Location is great, walking distance (5-10min) to jb Sentral and City Square Mall. I stayed in family room 503, the room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom is also clean with hot water available. Since the room is on the top floor, we can see the surrounding view from the top., Nice view btw. There is also a balcony beside the room, but with locked door. I like the location. Just 5 minutes walk to city square and another 5 to jb central. Varieties of hawker food. A plus in security with the police station on the same steet, a stone throw away!.
all reviews » We stayed in the family room with two double beds.Very spacious room, clean and worth for the value we paid.very easy to find food even past midnight. just few minutes walk to JB sentral. It is a simple but clean and functional hotel. For the money I paid I could not ask for anything more. Near to train station Near to shopping centre(city square) Convinient place for food. Very near to customs and shopping centres. A lot of hawker food also. The cleanliness. Sufficiently spacious for a family to stay in. Rooms available for big family. EPL football channel. big room. clean room with wifi. clean room. tv channels from malaysia & singapore. very near (5 mins) the main mall in jb-city square. main bus station to anywhere in johor just opposite city square. walking distance from kotaraya bus station. food stalls located nearby. middle of multi cultural area (jb's own chinatown & little india just nearby), opposite the police station, very near woodlands check point. -the location is only 10mins to JB Sentral bus station (walking distance) and City Square mall. When you walk out the door, right in front of you, there is a Chinese restaurant, so you can easily get your b'fast, lunch, and dinner. Otherwise, you can choose so many foods when you turn left out of the hotel. The hotel location very near to Police Station,easy to get around and very easy to find food because there is many hawker centre and restorance. Walking distance from the Causeway checkpoint. Clean spacious room, water available. Hot showers, the receptionnist was really friendly and the bed were nice too. Close to singapore immigration many places to eat. food stalls near hotel. very near to City Square, Woodlands Custom, afew eatries steps from the hotel. Great location, easy find foods, near jb sentral and also city square. The women receptionists are a little unfriendly and unhelpful. The Wifi signal is very poor, even in the hotel lobby. The surrounding location looks Bronx-Y. I didn't like coming back to my own mess after a day out. No house keeping. No service of luggage storage.weak wifi. the serounding area is rather dirty( no faulth of Hotelier but City council) Many beggers, drug addicts,but rather far from hotel - once again no faulth of hotelier). Some noise from coffee shops downstair. Cigarette burn holes in the bed covers. location is crowded. ess tv channel. no hairdryer, only one power socket (advice to bring extension cable), quite noisy at night because of 24 hours hawkers around. surroundings quite dirty and be extra aware if walking around very late at night. -the woman staff was not friend -towel was not too clean. The hotel provided a free WIFI,but when I ask for the access password from the receptionist the hotel staff told me the wifi unavailable,i feel very upset. The staff did not speak English, where just a little helpful with finding the directions to the bus station. Not much to do around and the Hotel is not in a main street. It's still no too far from the station (10 minutes max by walk). Wifi got stuck half way. Hot water for tea and coffee is given through a common dispenser, hot water is not hot enough. No hot water available to make Coffee or tea. staff rather arrogant, very poor wifi connection almost no connection, my stay was disturb by very noisy stayers. Receptionist no service quality, unfriendly We stayed in room 107 with few fly inside the room, make us uneasy, feel so uncomfortable. No water inside the room also. NO wi-fi inspite of saying they have... RUDE staff, very unprofessional The room reeks of cigarette smoke NO complimentary toiletries Difficult to find...
