I stayed in the Club Room and really really love it. The room decoration is sweet modern minimalist with orange color on the wall. Room is not too small though it's not so big but there are spaces to move around. Love the free WiFi available in the room too and most of all the facilities that comes for the guest staying in Club Room. all reviews » This is my third time staying here and I definitely enjoyed my stay. As it was the fasting month, it was convenient for us to get our pre-dawn meal from the Indian stall just in front of the hotel. I think it was 24 hours. Do try the prata with sambal. The sambal is superb! The location of the hotel is awesome and I will most certainly be booking Citrus Hotel for my future visits to jb. Staff at the reception were very friendly and accommodating.Room cleanliness could be better as room was found to be dusty and extra pillow requested but no feedback to inform if they could provide. Towels were blackish in colour and room could do for some maintenance on wall paint.Breakfast spread was really good. The receptionists are professional. The partnership with letsbookhotel.com is perfect that we do not have problem when checking in. The room is clean and neat as expected. Cause this will be a downfall of Citrus Hotel. The speed of free WIFI is fairly slow. Noise from corridor and adjacent rooms is easily heard and woke me up on and off. Hotel Lift is very small, it become worst if one of the 2 lifts is not working. Breakfast is not variety, only main course is changing every days, other meals remain the same. The Cleanliness still so-so. More variety food for breakfast. Its mostly same food as previous. Bed sheet & towels look old & torn. Lift is too small. The shower needed cleaning to remove mould. No extra pillows. No on-site carparks. too many doors to the room, but that is ok. - Slow c/i because of lack of sufficient staff - n o t because of their inability ( Ms Ind ...). The hotel was fully booked and we were given a room which did not have a window. However, since it was only a night's stay, we coped with it. No windows in my family room .... no boiled egg in menu b'fast. Wifi was very poor. No hotel parking. Booking.com should include taxes on the final bill so it not confused to person who book.. Also one of the rooms was too small. I dont like your check in process it take 2 hrs to wait ard 4.00 then i have the room. No hair dryer is provide. Nearly 3 hrs wait to check in..need to improved on this. nothing. The staff is to busy, cant call the receptionist from room all the time. At the hotel description they say provide hairdryer, but it is not. room a bit small but worth for price that i pay for. Breakfast rather disappointing. A bit noisy. Family room without window.
