A great spot in the city of Georgetown and lots of different options at the one hotel for room types from conventional rooms to 2 bed apartments. A special mention to Annie at reception who always made us feel welcome and was always helpful and really made the stay there. There is also excellent information regarding the history of the Hotel and the plants in the garden. There is very little space in the garden however it is presented beautifully and you forget that you are in the middle of the city.   we enjoy the spa swimming pool, my 2 year-old son enjoyed it very much, and the breakfast is delicious ( even though the roti canai is not as good as INDIAN made..haha) - I like the location bayview hotel.....very near to penang town...and i enjoy the hotel food n morning breakfast.....The rate hotel very vert cheap others hotel....

  Staff was very friendly and helpful. You feel like in 5 star hotel, altough the price was only like 3 star hotel. Room was nice and big. We asked if we could check out a bit later and they said it was ok, this was a really nice thing to us! There was many nice places to eat near the hotel. - the location is conveniant
