My husband and I have just returned from 6 days in Penang. We chose Traders as it was close to the bus terminal and shops which was very convenient. We never used taxis as the bus system there is exceelent so it's easy to get around the main sites by bus at very cheap prices. Staff was very friendly and helpful. You feel like in 5 star hotel, altough the price was only like 3 star hotel. Room was nice and big. We asked if we could check out a bit later and they said it was ok, this was a really nice thing to us! There was many nice places to eat near the hotel. - the location is conveniant

Everything was great, this is a beautiful, clean hotel with really helpful staff and within walking distance from the historic center of Georgetown. Strong air-conditioner and comfortable rooms with en-suite bathrooms. I'd recommend this one to young couples and I'd go back again myself gladly.
