The staff was very friendly and professional. We appreciated the way they welcomed us. Shuttle services from beach to hotel and back at any time. Comfortable rooms. The rooms are very small with basic requirments. nothing. hotel is far from the resort hope was in same location, and the beach is soo dirty. Tv channels. The bathroom. To small, to old. didn't like the room service since we asked for it twice during out 2 night stay and they never came!. nothing. The room was very small, not much room to move around. The location is not prestigious on the contrary to Edde Sands beach, Spa... The bathtub window was broken so water was going on the floor.
