Very helpful, flexible and accommodating staff. Location very close to Byblos centre close to beach resorts, night life and Byblos old souk. Quiet and private setting with easy parking. Clean and comfortable setting. For the very small fee charged, this hotel offers very good value for money. One should not expect 5 star facilities for such a low fair.

Promised by staff to improve that. No hot water No breakfest room service No wifi No place to eat Needed water to drink. resident noise. Bathroom and dont have intrnet and the bread not good. not clean he don't accept credit cart when we arrive the internet not working the TV not working.
