one of the best hotels i have stayed in, best king suite is named Melqart, very stylish and modern designs, the ambiance is very comfortable and cosy, the view is fantastic, the staff so helpful, the food was great. that was my second time stay in this hotel. Modern, clean, friendly staff, good location for beach, castle, old zouk (with all its restaurants) and harbour, not forgetting the excellent Clovis restaurant on the 4th floor with its fantastic food and wonderful view.

Everything. This is the third time we stay at Aleph Hotel but this time we booked the King Suite for our wedding anniversary. The suite (BAAL) is spacious and have a nice view to the see. The in room jacuzzi is nice and romantic. The complimentary room decoration was a nice guesture from the hotel. We liked the service, the food, the view from our hotel room. we liked the hotel as a whole. Very nice and friendly personel, always ready to help. Nice design of the room. Wi-fi. New premises and good location. View at the front entrance due to unfinished building work, no fault of hotels. The room was much smaller than expected, almost as small as our hotel room in New York City. I love Byblos, but it isn't New York... Nothing. I would have loved if they had a bath instead of the large shower tub. Internet connection was quite slow. i dont like breakfast it was poor. No bad coments!. The check-in as per room reservation was 14:00 but we were delayed until 15:00 to check-in. When we first checked-in the suite the smell in the shower was not very good. there was a problem in the jaccuzi of our suite so they spent the night fixing it. So we felt like we wasted a lot of the time we had there. Breakfast. Not pleasant street. Rooms are small and hotel is basic. No Wifi in their rooms.
