We had o oarganise extremely urgent flights, taxis & transfers coaches to Niseko. Having someone like Ishida who showed initiaitve & outstanding customer service was a complete god send to us at a very stressful time. We thankyou & all of your staff for having at least one to two staff who could speawk clear English

  Perfect location for Disneyland. You can book bus from the hotel and it takes 30 mins. Also transport link is within walking distance if you wanna go to central Tokyo although it takes a while. There are Aqua City and Decks nearby so shopping is not a problem and plenty of restaurants if you don't wanna travel too far out.   Superb and convenient location with train station just next to hotel. Shopping malls and eateries are everywhere around. Room was very spacious and clean. Called house-keeping for child slippers for my daughters and were delivered within 10 minutes.   Excellent English was spoken .. When we finally checked in it was a breeze. Good sized room even with an extra bed in it. We had a view but more of the Disney car park. Courtesy shuttle from monorail traction to hotel was an added bonus .. It is up hill walking to the station was ok.
