The staff was great. The same with the services. The room was of reasonable size for Tokyo, and the location was very good (don't listen to what people write online. Roppongi is a great area). Good breakfast, too, with enough options. Friendly, helpful staff, sizable rooms (for Tokyo - for example, there is a full-size tub, and I didn't have to crouch to see myself in the bathroom mirror), tasty included breakfast (the curries were quite good!), great location.
all reviews » Hello Very happy with the B-Roppongi. Although the rooms were extremely small compared to what we are used to in Australia, it was clean, the staff friendly and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you. I stayed here because i love hanging out at jumanji 55. Room is decent a tad bigger compare to some hotels. Breakfast is good but can be better. Staffs are friendly. Reasonably sized rooms for Japan. Free wifi. Good breakfast with variety. Good location in Roppongi. Good vending machines. Good starndard hotel in the city center 2 minutes walk form tube stations. A lot of restaurant and stores around. Very close to Tokyo metro/Toei subway station (Exit 5). Near by FamilyMart and Sushi Zanmai. Very nice hotell located perfectly. Tidy and friendly staff. Or the customer service area...Its like your going through an inspection. They should move it somewhere hidden or at least move it somewhere. Its like when you walk in, or walk out your about to check in or check out. Thats how it felt. Bathroom a bit shabby. Those bouncers and hustlers keep bugging people to go to gentlemen club. Breakfast buffé was alright, could had been bigger. Be surrounded by lots of bar and club, bits of noisy but still tolerable. Small rooms Little noisy at night. Disappointed by the room due to the price tag, but Tokyo is expensive. It certainly wasn't value for money. No English TV chanels. The room, sheets and pillows smelt of cigarette smoke although I asked for a non-smoking. The room was very small and unsatisfying for the amount of money paid ($270AUD/night). The bathroom was dated. The staff were not helpful or very friendly. The whole hotel was dated.
