Pretty much everything. Our welcome was warm and everything we had imagined from the online reviews we had read. Free underground parking, incredible views, air conditioning was more than adequate during a very hot period in July, breakfast was plentiful with a beautiful outside view of Lake Como. Friendly welcome, style and cleanliness of the accommodation,
helpfulness of the family running the hotel, wonderful attentive
service and willingness to assist such as booking taxis, printing
flight boarding cards - nothing too much trouble. Fantastic situation
on side of lake. Really relaxing environment, wonderful views and
simple but nice breakfast on the terrace and similarly simple but
appetising lunch menu.

The locacation was great, helpful staff, had a lakeside room, the view was fabulous sitting at our own balcony (almost a deck with table, chairs and loungers), the included full breakfast was excellen.
