Couple/small dog Freiburg - Everything, the staff, room, breakfast, and the restaurant was first class, we had a meal on our wedding anniversary at the restaurant over looking the lake, it was perfect. we wish we had eaten in the hotel restaurant more than we did as we went to a "touristy" restaurant that was expensive and the food was awful.

Pretty much everything. Our welcome was warm and everything we had imagined from the online reviews we had read. Free underground parking, incredible views, air conditioning was more than adequate during a very hot period in July, breakfast was plentiful with a beautiful outside view of Lake Como.
