The situation was ideal for us to visit the special places associated with St Francis. The staff were very accommodating especially for non Italian speakers. Rooms well appointed and of high quality. I liked the location and the chance to park the car easily. Everything was brand new. The room was spacious and the bathroom big. Location is good. It was very hot and the aircon was not available but the windows and balcony doors could be opened opened wide.
