The owner Luca was super friendly despite we arrive late at 11pm and needing to get him over to pass on keys and arrangements. Also extremely flexible by letting us store the luggage at the B&B after check out in accommodating our train schedule. The room is nice with theme color and feel very comfy to stay and rest in. Strongly recommended B&B.

Georgio was very helpful on the best way to see Assisi.

The price to quality ratio is really excellent. Situated in a quite road but convenient for easy access to Assisi. Room's quality was good and the personnel very friendly. Easy parking too. I'd go back again. -
