Lucia the owner and manger was always nice, welcome, and speaks good English. I will stay again in this hotel in my next visit to Rome. - fantastic location a couple of nice local restaurants, excellent value for money, friendly staff and a real treat. Its an old building and has loads of character. Don't expect 5 star luxury but this is perfect for a short break. Check out the local entertainment at the wood shop next door

  The family suite is excellent... It was 3 adults and 2 kids and we hadplenty of room... The room had a kitchen but we didn't use it, the roomhad everything!!!! We rented a car and it was about a 10 minute drive torome downtown and 3 minute drive to the vatican. And 20 minutes to theChiampino Airport.   It's confortable and you can make brekfast every morning, coffee and tea were included. very friendly stuff, answer to all our questions.Plus they gave us a phone to call them just in case we need something. Nobody disturbed us and it felt like home. Close to the metro station.

  The room was clean and the staff were nice. Location is very good - being close to Termini, you have access to the metro and buses that will get you anywhere in Rome. - Location is the first thing to have in mind, just accross termini station... Ms. Conccetta was an excelent and kind host.

  This hotel is more like the size of a B&B, with 4 rooms and a lobby in the middle, as part of a larger building. The rooms are great. Very modern and large, with comfortable beds. This hotel is only 2-3 blocks from the coliseum, as well as the colosseo metro stop.
