The staff were very friendly. We only talked to them in Italian, so I'm not sure if they can serve tourists in English. They answered any questions we had about transportation and sold us tickets for the city bus (which can't always be purchased on-board). Breakfast was your typical continental breakfast-style, but ingredients were fresh.

  The staffs there were very friendly. Also, it was very very clean and comfortable. Its bed, its bathroom, its TV, its small refrigerator, .... are great. Its restaurant and the quality of their foods and the price is amazing. I suggest that try it. Only note that if you want to check in after 2PM they serve lunch until 2PM. So, if you want to eat ... what people say » your lunch there try to get there before 2PM. :) We had a really wonderful experience there and one thing more their breakfast also was very very nice - Good location in a quiet place (no noise, no traffic) for those who travel by car but do not want to use the car in Rome: there is hotel’s free garage and pedestrian access (20 min) to metro Batistini. There was a free shuttle taking you direct to the metro station making travelling to Rome much easier and cheaper as it is situated approx 5 miles out.
