The American breakfast was great! Felt very welcomed and at home even though in another country. Staff very friendly, helpful, and professional. Everything was perfect!Staff,room,breakfast,price,loation was top!!Would reccomend and stay there are again!!. nice friendly hotel,helpful staff and good breakfast with wide choice. Hotel not at the centre, but with a weekly metro/bus pass, easy access to all locations. Staff were flexible in changing our room due to the noise from main street (in particular ambulances due to near by hospital). Special praise for Andrea who is really helpfull and like to assist with various. Don't miss the near by Braci e Abbracci restaurant, they serve great dishes, especially for meatlover. We considered this hotel very good value for money. The staff were very courteous and the room spotlessly clean. The room was also very spacious. We were very happy with our booking and would definitely re-book at this hotel if we visit Rome again. Even if there is no traffic, late at night, the ambulance drivers like to show off with their horns. Nothing significant. Being picky, I would say the fact the bar/restaurant not being open on a Saturday evening wasn't ideal. Also the staff clearing the breakfast tables could have had more of a sense of urgency. Both mornings we went down to breakfast we had to get our own cultlery as they had not reset the tables from earlier diners.haad to run the hot tap for quite a long time before hot water came through. Bed was a bit hard if I was picky. No nice restaurant close to motel. Restaurant in motel was closed on the Saturday night we arrived. Limited night facilities in the neigborhood. Extremely uncomfortable mattresses. We saw a new one being installed, so hopefully things may improve. While the walls between rooms kept all noise out, the same can not be said about the not infrequent noise from the halls.a, we heard speaks and noice and sigguret smell as well from the room nearby. it seem that the walls between the room are not fitted to avoide noises and smells, the hotel is far away from the center. a small television. The bathroom - shower doors were dirty.computer facility in the lobby(was out of order), the shower hose leaked.
