What people say
Everything - clean room, nice staff, reasonable price, although it maynot seem at first sight it has convenient position also (tram 19 cantake you to Galeria Borghese or Vatican). Some other reviewerscomplained about the fact that the hotel was not easy to find - theowners put huge signs on Via Treviso, so now it is quite easy. the hotel was in a great area close to the metro. very easy to get around. all reviews »
Very nice location, really close to city centre and also a safe and quiet area. Also there are some restaurants and small shops nearby. Clear and comfortable room.Friendly attitude of staff. Very good value for money. Not far from citycentre. No 19 Tram goes from the Hotel to the Vatican City. Bedroom, bathroom have been recently refurbished (or even new) and the hotel is very clean. I was very satisfied with operating staff in the hotel. They were very sympathetic. I like the hotel. Metro(subway) is close. Also the city center. The place was very quiet and it was near the metro station. I liked the room as such - it was quite clean. All the equipment (tv,air conditioner, hairdryer) worked well. Close to underground station, which is very important in Rome, where they've got only 2 undergroundlines. Value for money. Nice hotel if cappucino and croissant is enough for you to start your day :) Quiet area, just a few minutes walk from the metro station. Good restaurant and pizzeria nearby. The room was nice and very clean, the beds were good.Friendly staff. Cleanness of bathroom. Quiet hotel localisation.location, price, cleanliness. big room. Clean Hotel room and bathroom even if it is tiny... location was OK. Location. View from the hotel wasn't too nice, but everything else was fine.First look. A bit hard to find. One night my neighbours were loud. The view from the room. Poor breakfast (like in all italians hotels). The breakfast is not good - there is only 1 croasant per person every day. But the capuccion was great!. Location is convenient (2 underground stations from both Termini andTiburtini stations), although the hotel actually situated betweenseveral apartment buildings - the front of the hotel does not look goodat all. An elevator did not work and we had to bring our luggage (7bags) to the 2nd floor (from groundfloor) by ourselves (although thereception man helped us with 1 bag). Poor breakfast..It's situated next to Policlinico, which means that the annoying noises of the ambulances are audible all the time. Other disturbances were many planes from the nearby airport and some noisy air conditioning units in the quite awful backyard. You can clearly hear other guests talking and watching TV in the next rooms. Breakfast was ridiculous. Lack of hot water. A refrigerator (minibar) in the room would have been nice. Quite far away from the centre - quite a distance walking on foot from Termini. To noisy - very thin walls - everything is heard. Too thin walls between rooms. TV remote controls didn't work. breakfast, view. location, not good area. there was a smell of cats on the floor our room was on. Breakfast was a farce with just coffee and croissants! The micro mini elevator never worked, and lugging suitcases up an appartment steps is no joke..the staff can be a little more friendly! Noisy corridors especially during nights. The members of the staff did not help at all and some of them were rude with us. We asked them to provide an extra bed to our room, we emailed them a couple of months before and when we got there there was no extra bed.The hotel is children unfriendly. They have no baby cot and no babychair for the breakfest. How come, when they say in the hotelinformation that children are welcome and can even stay in baby cotsin the room for free? In addition, the walls separating the rooms arevery very thin. You can perfectly hear what people in the next roomtalk and make.
