What people say

a small but cosy hotel in an individual building. The staff is friendly and helpful, the common area is beautifully decorated, lots of books and a tablet-pc with internet access are shared. Spacious bathroom even in a single room with everything you need, even disposable razors and shaving foam. They really do care for their guests! Getting to the center of the city is easy. The metro station is a five-minute walk away. You can also use a bus which operates till early morning (at least at weeke.
all reviews Location - Perfect. A residential high-end area, quiet and safe. As for its "alleged" isolation, the bus does stop at 50 meters from the hotel. Room design - Clever and practical. Amenities - More than what a normal 3-star hotel usually offers. Breakfast - Served in the hotel veranda, it contains so much stuff again it's heard to believe this is still a 3-star hotel!! Fresh fruit, various types of hams and local cheeses, croissants, everything you can think of is there... This hotel is in a wonderful location in the Nomentana nothern district of Rome. 10 mins walk to Metro Bologna with easy access to all the sites. The room was lovely and the breakfast each morning was beautifully laid out with lots of pastries and fresh fruit. Would not hesitate to return to this hotel and experience all that Rome has to offer before retreating to this tranquil haven. The staff was very helpful. They arranged for a driver per my request to pick me up at the airport, drew maps for me to help me navigate around town and recommended two excellent restaurants. This was outside of the busy center of the city but had easy access to the metro in a very nice neighborhood so I felt very safe. The continental breakfast was excellent!. This was a very comfortable hotel; nice size rooms, and comfortable bath rooms. Very quiet neighborhood, surrounded by nice homes. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Breakfast very nice, with a lovely porch for good weather mornings. We were very happy here!. This hotel is several subway stops from Termini station. We loved staying in this upscale neighborhood and eating in the non-touristy local restaurants. The hotel is elegant. I've never enjoyed Rome so much and this hotel had a lot to do with that feeling. The staff was absolutely incredible. The airlines lost our luggage and the hotel staff didn't rest until they found it for us. They called the airport every half hour for two days! They were kind and helpful and simply outstanding in every regard. All the staff were very nice especially Lucy who went above and beyond what was necessaryto make us comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent and plentiful .the room was comfortable and clean. the location was very close to the center of rome. The staff were excellent. They were so welcoming and gave us great information on travelling around Rome. Superb breakfast and our room was comfortable and cleaned daily. If we return to Rome will be certain to stay here again!. I felt as though the staff went above and beyond arranging transport from the cruise port, answering questions, providing bus tickets, maps, giving directions and even making restaurant recommendations. Loved this place!!!. We just loved this excellent hotel, located in a very quiet district (a big plus for Rome, we think), with embassy buildings etc., somewhat outside the city center, but with good connections. Breakfast is great. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and the breakfast was delicious. Very near to the bus stop for travel to the Vatican and surrounding Rome sites. I will definitely stay here again! Thank you. Fantastic hotel. Best value in Rome. Staff were fabulous especially in dealing with British Airways lost luggage department on our behalf! Will be staying here every time visit Rome in ther future. We like everything about your hotel. The breakfast was delicious and varied! The staff was extremely cordial and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Very good and rich breakfast, kind service, clean, only 13 minutes by bus from Termini train station, 10 minutes by walk to closest metro station. I very suggest this hotel. 1. great staffs for sure 2. hotel atmosphere 3. delicious and vary breakfast 4. hotel location on suburb area enable us to feel how is the citizen life in Rome. A pleasant surprise with private terrace, large bathroom, comfy bed, friendly and helpful staff. Short walk to restaurants, bus stop to shops in Rome. Great breakfast Friendly, helpful staff Spacious room Great variety of toiletries Clean hotel Lovely artwork throughout the hotel. - Very friendly and helpful staff. - Great breakfast - Nice terrasse to have an aperitivo - Good localization, very calm. Very nice building in a quite neighborhood, yet close to city center. Large room and bathroom. Balcony. Friendly staff. Charming hotel; only ten rooms. Charming neighborhood; residential and quiet. Charming hosts; friendly and helpful. The staff, accommodations and breakfast far exceeded our expectations. Love this place!. Convinient location Friendly staff Parking not too difficult Room quality vs price. Staff and location perfect. Welcoming to a tired traveler. Clean and beautiful. Quiet hotel in an out of the way area of Rome. Staff seemed quite competent. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Pleasant, welcoming vibe. excellent service, breakfast and a quite location for so near the city. Breakfast, friendly staff, great location, big room and terrace. The staff was wonderful and the breakfasts were fabulous!!!. A lot of thanks to all of the staff members.... Location, price, standard of accomm, breakfast. Very good location and friendly staff. Very neat and clean boutique hotel. Amazing Staff Great Breakfast. Friendly staff. friendly staff, 10 minutes by walking to Bologna metro station, very quiet residential area. Breakfast was well done Staff was friendly and helpful. Staff were great. Breakfasts excellent. Large room. you have to get an individual wi-fi password for each of your devices every 24 hours. The shower cabin was small and generally not on the level of the rest of the bathroom. Le Med restaurant was recommended just near to the Hotel. Don't bother - the food was pricey, tasted awful and there was no atmosphere at all. My room key got lost or stolen when walking around the city. It's a very heavy, expensive key and the replacement fee was $35. I suggest if you're going to be touring the city that you leave the room key with them at the front desk. We had a beautiful room with outside sun deck. Unfortunately, there are no screens and the mosquitoes in the room were most unwelcome. Not a thing!. really there were no negatives. There is apparently only one restaurant in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Nothing. Everything was wonderful. Only small suggest - move double-bed to opposite smaller wall and put some sofa with TV to bigger vacated place. Would be than like an apartment :-). 1. not too near to the metro station (only 10 minutes walk actually). No cooked breakfast. Lack of TV guide Sofa bed smelt initially of stale cigarettes. Shower although powerful needed to be held by hand. very cheap foam mattress for my single bed. Shower was a bit small. After 9pm the room key was left on the unmanned reception desk. Not particularly secure. The hotel should either provide guests with keys they can take away or man the reception after hours. Not as central as the internet advertisement stated. nothing. Nothing. Slow internet. Wish staff worked until 11pm. The shower should have had a connector on the wall, so you didn't have to hold it by hand. as we were in a superior room and my son was in a single room and had a better shower. there was no daily cleaning, small room. Location was quite a walk from the metro station and even though short walk to bus the bus was always full and getting on was not easy. Usually waited for 3 buses to pass before we could get on. Water not very hot. Plumbing noise. Noise from other rooms. TV supposedly had English stations but we were told they didn't. Opened windows allowed mosquitos in each day.
