We were on our honeymoon and I have nothing bad to say on the hotel.
The staff was adorable especially Stano that was very kind and happy all the time.
The hotel was just like as the pictures and the room was clean and tidy everyday when we arrived from the city (towels were changed every day).
The a/c was good for the heat and the windows were soundproof for outside noises.

I loved the location, just off Via Fori Imperiali, which cuts through the Forum; you are right there in the centre of Imperial Rome. The hotel is close to trendy eating areas, the historical sights and local transport. The staff were courteous and helpful, easily the best of the 3 hotels in Italy in which I stayed. I don't think it mattered that there wasn't a breakfast option; I bought excellent coffee, pastry and a piece of fresh fruit for 3 euro from a snack bar 2 doors away.
Stayed here for 3 nights. An excellent hotel altogether! The staffs are hospitable and flexible, with smiles on their faces. Great location with only about 3 minutes walk to the Colloseum. Nearest metro station is just opposite of this. The room was clean with nice decor and good lighting. Love the floor, slightly different feel. A variety of TV channels available. Our room had a balcony which was a bonus. Free wifi. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!.
The hotel was small but the staff was wonderful to us. They were
wonderful to call taxis, give recomendations and arrange for any of our
other needs. Within several blocks on both sides of the street were
numerous restaurants, cafes and bistros. There was even a chinese
restaurant.The hotel was close and within walking distance to the
Colesseum, Forum, Paladian Hill,etc. We were very pleased with the hotel
and will recomend it to anyone.
This is a recently remodeled sweet hotel just about eight minutes from the Coliseum and centrally located in old Rome. The room was very comfortable; brand new sheets, lines, mattress, etc. Family owned business with huge attention to detail. Beautiful windows block out the busy Roman street. We loved being in the city; very close to coffee, food of all types and within walking distance (for us, that is) of the train station.
The staff were amazing. They were incredibly helpful and friendly; the older gentleman who worked on reception remembered my name and everytime I saw him he would say 'Hello Miss Hughes. How are you?' or something similar. The location was excellent, right next to the Colosseum and Roman Forum and the Colosseo metro link. The room was small but very comfortable and well put together, as was the bathroom.
Extremely helpful staff. Given helpful advice for my travel plan and make great recommodation. The wifi works pretty well. The location of the hotel is perfect though a little bit noisy in the morning. Easy access to the metro and bus station. The Venice Piazza is within 10 mins walking distance where there are lots of buses to get you everywhere.

The location is perfect, across the road from the Imperial Forum, around the corner from the coliseum, straight down the via Cavour from Roma Termini. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and cool in the summer - I will definitely be back!.
Great hotel! Best one so far in Rome (after five-six trips). Location is unbeatable; you are in walking distance of all the major sites of the city. Room is newly renovated, very clean and fresh. No matter who in the staff we talked to they were all very helpful and friendly. This hotel is highly recommended!.
Location of hotel across street from the Roman Forum can't be beat. Thought that room would be noisy on main thoroughfare, but double pane windows quieted street noise. Great helpful, freindly staff, comfortable room with decent shower in bath. Would stay there again.
So so convenient to the must see attractions (Colosseo, Forums & Palantine). We only had a night to spend in this area and it was just perfect for us. Superb customer service. Will highly recommend this hotel for a good short city-break.
Loved the location, literally right next to the imperial forums. Couldn't have asked for a better spot. Some excellent food places nearby in the back alleys, across the hotel, but make sure you make reservations for those places!.

As a new hotel, breakfast is not yet available, but obviously a small issue as there are many restaurants downstairs. Typical 2 single-beds combined as a double bed.
Although they did not have a breakfast which was understandable since
they only have about 20 rooms. All we had to do was step out the
hotel's front door to find anything we wanted. They had arranged
with several of places that we did not have to pay the basic service
charge the restaurant bills if you sit down to dine.
No breakfast but there was a restaurant nearby and a shop right next door selling coffee and croissants.
The hotel does not offer breakfast, but that is really not a problem since there are cafés and restaurants on every block that will serve you breakfast including one just outside the door of the hotel.

Lift lands between floors. If you have large luggage or small children its difficult to manage. 8 steps to narrow landing.
You had to leave the key at the desk when you left, and you could only use the AC when u had the keys. After a long hot day walking around Rome it was impossible to sleep in the room because it took hours to cool down. Really that was the only problem.

A little bit small room. But you will use them just for take a shower and sleep... So, that is perfect place.
The room was very small and if you pulled the drapes to keep the street lights and early morning sun out it covered the AC so the room never got comfortable plus it was a little noisy for my liking.
