Air-conditioned, we had a nice small green private yard-patio, large bed, very clean and the staff is very helpful, located right at the entrance to the Roman Forum, 5 min walk to Colosseo, 15 min walk to Pantheon, 10 min walk to the shopping street Via del Corso, breakfast at a nice roof patio with a beautiful view. Excellent location. Pretty central if you wish to check out most of Rome's sites. Literally a block away from il Colosseo. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful. If you're coming to Rome for site-seeing, this location is untoppable.

Good size rooms, close to many attractions, good for younger couples in their 20's, the girl who worked at the front desk was very helpful and waited as long as possible to call and warn we were going to miss the maids cleaning our rom if we slept longer. Close proximity to everything spectacular in Rome & near train station (if you dare). The room and the bathroom floor was made with tiles, and so got very cold, especially after air-conditioning, i couldnt walk there without shoes or a towel on the floor, but because there was no curtain for the showertub, the bathroom floor was always flooded with water and the towel on the floor wet. No hot options for breakfats, would be nice to have an omlette, but other than that, breakfast had a variety of other things, including salads, pastry, cheese, ham. The hotel is very close to the metro Colosseum station but at this station there are no escalators nor elevators so with the luggage it is very difficult. The breakfast room itself was very nice on the roof terrace, but the breakfast was very basic and not really fitting for a 4 star hotel. Parts of the hotel still under renovation. The building looks nice insite, but upclose it appears to be in relative bad quality. Not too disturbing, but still... The design of the shower is not good, so a lot of creativity with towels in necessary to keep the badroom dry(ish). The breakfast 'room' is outside, with plastic facades, so a bit chilly in February. Nothing. Breakfast was crowded and we were unimpressed with the selection, not enough soap left by housekeeping, lots of scuffs on the walls in the room which made it look a bit dirty, don't sleep in or your room will not be cleaned the maids leave not long after noon, the worst wifi connection I have ever experienced, the only wifi connection strong enough to send an email was in the lobby (hence the number of people on laptops and smart phones sitting there throughout the day). Nothing... Me used to Italian standards of accommodation and Quality control (or lack off)... Cheers.
