I was on the business trip and it was very important to me to recharge my battery after a hard day. In this hotel I was able to relax and also thought about the day being in Rome. the staff is very friendly. Everyone was ready to help me in different matters: to book a taxi; the advice of how it is easy to get an unknown place for me in Rome. the room was clean all the time during my stay. all reviews » The location of the hotel is fantastic and centrally located for all the major attractions, yet very quiet for sleeping. The hotel offered an excellent breakfast with a good choice of food, including cooked, cold meats, fruit, cereals, breads. To our extremely pleasant surprise we were upgraded to an appartment on the top floor with a rooftop patio overlooking Rome. It was all absolutely fabulous. No complaints at all and would definitely recommend. The location was excellent. They are a little stingy with extra towels. The hotel is clean and the breakfast room is large e ought to accommodate all. Typical breakfast, nothing special but filling. The concierge is quick and knowledgeable. The price was great for such a location. Hard to find if you are to familiar with the streets. Felt safe while there so no issues with the hood. Your staff is very knowledgable and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful, and your location was very convenient for the sightseeing we wanted to do. Iwould stay withyou on my next trip to Rome, and I plan to recommend you to anyone who is going to Rome. Well furnished, very clean. Lovely single room with a large bed on the top floor with a balcony. Even the plants were well looked after and watered each day. Good beakfast with smiling staff. The setting of the hotel; a garden entrance from a busy street in the center of Venice! It's an elegant facility. The breakfast was great, the staff friendly. At certain times of the year airconditioning would be needed; we were okay because it was the middle of October. a little expensive for a three star hotel perhaps. Nothing. Room was hot. liked the breakfasts, but we were there for a long visit, and a variety would have been appreciated..it was the same each day...could sometimes offer different egg dishes for instance, and some fresh fruit choices. Chech out is 11:00 am I think it is too early Not much facilities A little bit noisy area. The staff were professional but very serious!. A/C system noisy. Nothing. A bit noisy, between rooms and outside squacking seagulls in the morning. Noisy in the morning in the square in front. variety of food poor breakfast. Lt would be great if the hotel had a proper restaurant for dinner in the evening and room service . when we arrived we were upgraded which at the time l thought was a bonus but unfortunately the room we were upgraded to was over a very busy street opposite some sort of bar or coffee shop which was busy until the early hours of the morning and extremely noisy and it kept us awake one night until 3 a m. The beds where not super comfortable. nothinf in particularly.
