  The staff was friendly and helpful, and since we first stayed at Hotel Ambasciatori two years ago, they've made several improvements: an additional desk in the lobby as you enter, ethernet in the rooms (bring your own cable), etc. The real reason to stay, though, is still the amazing breakfast terrace, which affords the best view of Palermo we've ... what people say » seen. This will keep us coming back every time. - We stayed at the same hotel a second time during our trip because it wasso good. The staff is excellent and the rooms are comfortable. Also, thelocation on Via Roma not far from the train station and within walkingdistance of good restaurants as well as the monuments and sites. Thebathroom in the newer room we were given this time was excelent, large,clean, great shower.

Air conditioning very good, staff responsible for very sweet and friendly. The hotel´s motto very good and surprisingly occasionally. A bit expensive but great value for money. Plenty of parking and a view of part of the volcano top Etna and not far from the city Catania. Approximately 500 m to the beach but only rocks and no sand beach.

  Warm,friendly front desk staff made our stay very enjoyable. Facilities were great location minutes walk to beach and Main Street shops and restaurants. Pool area was wonderful and relaxing with views of the ocean and town. Rooms were spacious with huge terrace to enjoy evening meals outside or just relax. Kitchen was very handy in the apartments ... what people say » especially for longer stays. It was very hard to leave this beautiful oasis. We were very happy we stayed here in Canneto instead of the main town of - The location was perfect, Just a short downhill stroll to beach,bus stop and good restaurant.Shuttle bus from Lipari was convient views from pool are picture postcard gym a bonus and staff always had a smile on their face no request was to much trouble.
